BMW South Africa
No courtesy ca

On the 14th of January I called Autoglen to advise that my car needs to be sent in for a check up as it had an oil leak. I was advised I cannot drive it as I run the risk of blowing the engine. I then called BMW Roadside Assist to come tow my car and they towed it to the nearest dealership in Johannesburg. After a couple of glitches I was arranged a hired car for 24hours. My issue is that my car is in for repairs indefinately and BMW cannot arrange for a courtesy car for me. This, in my view is a breach of their service contract. How am I expected to get around and especially get to work so I can get my salary to pay for the hefty installments on the car?
The service promise is that should your car need to undergo repairs, a courtesy car will be provided - I cannot be inconvenienced because the dealerships cannot prioritise people bringing in their cars for service vs. those who are unexpectedly inconvenienced like I am.
I am a single mom to a 5 year old, I work as a consultant and I have to be at my client to bill them. Not going to work is not an option for me.
I need someone to intervene - this is unacceptable!
