Gave my car in for repairs and its taking forever. I drive an Audi S3 and requested a courtesy car when I gave mine in for repairs, at first I was told they did'n have any available cars, after pushing them i was offered a VW Polo. Now i believe if i had any interest in that brand i would have bought it instead. Today i had a meeting to attend to in Johannesburg and i ended up not making it because i called Audi SA and lodged a complaint and was told i would get a response within 24hours, even after i stated the urgency of my situation. Now im expected to just wait and twiggle my thumbs untill i get a call back from them. I also happen to have names and registrations of customers who've experienced the same problems with this dealership. They never seem to have cars 'available', yet you see them being driven around town.
