I was in a 4 car bumper bashing this morning where my rear and front bumper was damaged. I managed to drive to work where I then called Discovery immediately to inform them of the accident. I was advised that because it was a risk to drive the car, a tow truck would collect car and an emergency courtesy car will be provided. I was then informed that my car will be taken to the nearest SMB yard which is in Krugersdorp to wait for an assessor to check car. I was not happy with this and after speaking to 3 consultants (Kgomotso, Jane and Anil) they agreed that they would send the car to Proline panelbeaters. This took more than an hour. I then received an sms from Avis informing me to arrange a courtesy car. I then called Bernice by 13:00 and was greeted by a very unhelpful person on the other end who couldn't find a car to provide me with until tomorrow morning. She then proceeded to advise me that I need to fetch a car at OR Tambo Int if I needed it today and that Avis don't deliver cars to clients who obviously don't have means of transport. I am in Sandton. I then called Discovery on several occasions and after speaking to the likes of Kgomotso, Jane, Clement and the likes, I was
