POOR SERVICE

MY 9MONTH OLD CAR HAD A TECHNICAL PROBLEM AND WAS TOWED BACK TO THE CAR DEALERSHIP FOR REPAIRS. I WAS GREATLY INCONVENIENCED WHEN I WAS SENT FROM PILLAR TO POST BETWEEN THE DEALERSHIP AND THE COMPANY (RENAULT-CUSTOMER SERVICES) ABOUT ACCESS TO A COURTESY VEHICLE.. I COULD NOT DO MY WORK AS EXPCETED AS I COULD NOT TRAVEL TO DIFFERENT PLACES AS MY WORK REQUIRED. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED. I GOT GROUNDED TILL THE VEHICLE WAS RETURNED ON TUESDAY LATE AFTERNOON THE FOLLOWING WEEK.
