General Motors South Africa
Car takes three weeks in repairs

We took a chevrolet spark to GM CP NEL in oudtshoorn on the 1st week of august for service, work was done the the following week it had an issue with changing gears, we took it back in on the 14 of August received feedback on the 19th that it was a factory fault with the gearbox they will check it, now on the 23rd when we went to check it again, the gearbox has been sent to Port Elizabeth and we will have to wait another week. i then asked if we can not get a courtesy car or something since this is a driving school car and we now have to hire cars for people to be able to drive but they said no they cant give us a courtesy car so my issue is we have to spend again hiring cars where as the issue is not with us.please help
