After various calls between my mother & Tnt they still don't know where her parcel is!
Back line customer services say it is in Johannesburg & the Clearance Dept says it's still in the UK.
WHERE IS THE PARCEL??
The lady that she spoke to in the customer Services dept. was rude and unfriendly.
Tnt keep promising to call her back after each inquiry we make, but they don't.
This has got to be the worst service EVER!
Tnt has even said they will contact her regarding payment of the custom fees, they with the next call they don't know where the parcel is!
Disgraceful!
