Cheap service on a luxury car very sad

My car B200 was towed into Merc M2 City on the 04 March and was returned to me on the 12 Mar 2013. The car had a guage arm which they call it by some fency name that I can't pronounce working, but when I got the car back that petrol Guage arm was not working. When I ref the matter back to them, I was told about a quote on which I must pay 50% of the cost because Merc SA say so. The component was working before the car was taken to M2 City. The manager Vic said it is a coincident that they fixed the clutch and suddenly that unit came back not working. No one is perfect and you can temper with something without realising or the technician can realise but overlook. The car has been there since the 18th March and so far all that Merc SA consultant told me was that the manager confirmed I got a quote, which I must pay to them for having damaged my car. So disappointing that the same parts that are now falling apart at less than 120000km on Merc are the same parts that fell apart on a Palio at the same mileage. I waited the whole afternoon on Friday the 22 to hear that they will fix my car. Even the customer service consultant at customer response Raven never called me with an update.
