I have received a very Bad customer service from Mercedez Benz Fountains, on the 21Dec12 I took my car to the dealership because there was an engine light on the cluster. They claimed that they have replaced a regeneration valve and I paid for it and went home which is only less that 10km from the dealership, the light started. Again and I phoned Mercedez Benz call centre and then they sent a technician and the guy checked it and told me to take it back to Merc Benz fountains.

I went there and they checked it and they confirmed that they have replaced an incorrect part but they refused to fix it they say I must pay for the job again. I really fail to understand why their technician replace a wrong part and also don't understand why they want me to pay because my was not fixed on the first time and I have paid.

I really regret of having Merc Benz product because they don't know how to serve their customers, I was never experience such a bad service from BMW or Audi.

I will never recommend Mercedes Bens to my friend and families because they will regret owning Merc Benz car.even their client liason officer was not helpful, she promised to follow up my complain but she never did.
