On Friday the 15th of November 2013, I visited the parts department at Chrysler Jeep & Dodge Wonderboom and requested a part for my Chrysler. With which was replied that they have no stock. I asked when will the part be arriving. He replied that the part would be there on Monday and he took my details to call me to confirm that I can come fetch the part. However it is Wednesday the 20th of November, 13h42 and I have not received any call, not to confirm that the part has arrived or even to let me know that the parts will be arriving late. Is this the kind of service one can expect from such a forth standing company?
