Citroen Westrand very poor service

I have purchased my car a channa benni on the 17th of April 2012. I was told by the sales person Andy that
my car parts will be easily available and cheap. I have been taking my car back every now and then because
the engen light keeps on going on. Every time I went back for the same problem they tell me a different story.
They told me to bring my car in again, to check it thouroughly (dont know why they didnt do that in the first place). On which they told me that a car part is needed. This happened in Dec 2012. They told me that they
ordered the car part (i was never told what it was) and it will be hear by Jan 2013. I have been phoning them and asking for the car part (because they just dont phone me and tell me what is happening) - up until today my car is still not fixed. I am driving a broken car. As per Thomas they have not yet received the car part. I already took my car for a service and paid over R800.00 - i dont know what car parts they have used and I have to take my car in for the 20 000km service soon. Second i have been complaining about my breaks for a very long time, (Johan another sales person is aware of this) and I am just not getting any help. Pls help
