Hyundai sell cars but cannot offer back up service

My car was in an accident late March . went for assessment and finally got one . parts were required which were going to take 15 working days to get to panel beater . that duly happened, then car had to go to Hyundai for the air bag for diagnostics . they were full so another week we waited for the car to go in . to find out 2 days after that they needed another part which is once again not in this country but will take another 15 working days to get here... what is wrong with Hyundai, they sell thousands of cars in this country but cannot afford to hold parts . surely it costs more to send a part by courier every time one is needed... and there is nothing anyone can do as the panel beaters etc need to get their parts from Hyundai. I used to rave about them but sorry they are really taking the public for a ride now. My ins has paid a certain amount of car hire but I am liable for about 4 weeks . who compensates me then... seriously annoyed.
