GWM is incompetent, Florid Cross 1.5VVT (White)

November (2011.11) started having the following problems with my car
1 - engine failure
2 - Constant smells of fumes
Mail sent on Monday, January 23, 2012 complaining about incompetency of GWM
Had my car in at GWM Midrand Workshop about 4 times and still incompetent.
Mail sent Thursday, Sep 20, 2012 complaining again about incompetency.
GWM responded and booked my car in at Centurion. Problem: petrol tank need to be replaced.
Before order placed on warranty services is not logged onto system, although all services are up to date.
Mail sent January 15, 2013 attached my 10 000km service records
2 weeks later no respond, i phoned, heard my warranty is cancelled.
Phoned head office on February 8, 2013, sent them the records, warranty sorted.
February 26, 2013 received an sms, warranty order is ready, no reference stated in sms where the warranty order is.
Assumed its at Atlantis Motors, GWM, so them phoned on March 1, 2013 and were told i will be contacted back.
2 weeks later, still no respond. 15 March, 2013 sent mail to head office. On March 18, 2013 my car booked in and got a phone call, my normal 40 000 km service is R2 400.
GWM did nothing to satisfy or justify incompetency.
