I did not know that buying a car is such a hustle and can take 3 months. I have been promised and waiting for the car for a past couple of months being promised that i will get it next week.
Last week they told me that the car has arrived but i never received it and when i made a follow up a couple of days later i was told that it has been sold to another customer.
This week again Kia in The Glen confirmed the arival of the car and they have been promising me the tomorrow every day because they have to do the PDI and now they are telling me that i will get it next week because they are still busy with the invioces.
I am not happy at all with the service i am getting and the insurance has been deducting my money ever since i did a quotation and have to keep on reversing the money and that will make my account or credit record not look good at all.
