I had an accident on the 2nd August. Even today Kallies Panelbeaters Rustenburg is not done fixing my car! The repair consultant at Virgin Money has been lying to me every week with her weekly updates, for the past 8 weeks, saying ''Kallies is confident that they will be done with your car next week! '' I had a courtesy car for the first 30 days & then they extended with another week! I had to take the car back because I am ''only insured for 30 days'' Ohk, I didn't have a problem with that as I didn't expect I would be without transport for this long! Two weeks ago I visited Kallies to go check what the matter was! I found nothing much was done on my car, I even took pictures! I told them according to my insurance, I could have had my car back a couple of weeks ago! They say they don't understand how my insurance can give me such wrong updates because they never told them that! What they do acknowledge though is the fact that they once told my insurance that my car was ready, I should come & get it. I rush there & I get told that no there has been a misunderstanding! Yesterday I saw they have made progress but I'm not happy with how it looks! I waited this long to walk away unsatis
