UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

I applied for my pension fund on the second week of February 2013, on the 5th of March i received an sms confirming that my claim has been received. On the 11 March Grace Tshela customer retention consultant from Old Mutual gave me a call to discuss the available options and advised that i can expect my funds in couple of days.

couple of days later i still had not received the money and i called Grace to inquire and she advised that it was returned on the 18th due to tax fault. she then told me i can expect the money on the 20th of March 2013. 25th i called as i had still not received my money, she promised to follow up. I phoned again on the 27th and 28th and it was still not paid out.

i am very disappointed with the service so far, and i would appreciate it if someone can have this sorted ASAP. i sent through a claim well in advanced only for it to be delayed because of people's incompetence. this is unacceptable.

please assist.
