Bad Service and bad workmanship

It has been almost 5 months since the process of repairing my vehicle has started, and to date I had to return it twice as work was not completed as per the original quotation, it had to go back a third time as it seems they assembled something incorrectly and my window washer water was draining out. Now it has to go back the fourth time as I am still loosing the window washer fluid due to THEM breaking something on the vehicle and decided not to fix it the correct way before returning the vehicle the third time. There is no consideration of how you must get the vehicle to them every time, how do you function without that vehicle, and no clue of cost to the individual being messed around like this.
It is almost impossible to get hold of the manager (Mano) as he is always busy, but I am starting to think it might be as he is too tied up with firefighting instead of solving the problem on the floor. There is no evidence of any quality control, but tons of evidence of ensuring the money is payed into their account. Maybe the priorities need to be focused on before they loose future clients.
