Non Payment of goods on consignment to sell

On 8 February 2013 I placed a Royal Albert Dimity Rose teaset at the company on consignment. The order nr is 23K with the promised offer of payment of R2500.00 when the set was sold.
I followed up in April 2013 and was told that the set was sold on laybye and that the customer would have finished paying at end of June. At the end of July I was in Brooklyn Centre and went to the shop to get my payment. Adele was not there, but the assistant called her and Adele told me that she would investigate and pay me the amount within two weeks.
Since then I have been following up every two weeks and keep getting excuses why it has not been paid yet.
From the 19th August, which was another payment deadline that was not kept, I have been calling up to twice a week without any joy. Adele has confirmed to me that the set has been sold, but she has given me numerous "reasons" why I have not received my money. Last week Thursday she promised me that her bookkeeper - which I doubt very much even exists- has been given instructions for payout and would go to the bank that day. I checked my account this morning and there is no record of payment.. She is not answering my calls today.
