Bad Service - Shell Lynnwood

I had a very bad experience today at Shell Lynnwood. I usually pay with cash for my fuel. Today I wanted to pay with my Debit card, the attendant swiped my card and after the slip printed he said its fine. I drove off. Soon I realised that the amount did not go off my bank account. I went back to the garage to go and make the payment. When I got out of the car the attendant approach me, I was busy telling him the transaction did not go through, when he rudely interrupt me. I went into the shop to speak to the manager / owner to report the rude reaction. When I told her what happen she also went off on me telling me how "fed-up" she was of customers leaving without paying. I told her I came all the way back and did not expect this bad offensive reaction, especially not from Management. She swiped my card and said: " It was declined again..." I took my card walked to the ATM draw the money with the same card and gave it to her. Very sarcastic she said: "... at last" This is so sad but can't she realise that it is her Speed Point that is not working, Rudeness does not pay, honesty does.
