On offering a Visa card for payment of fuel the attendant received an error message on the card machine. He then walked away from the car to a room with tinted glass and closed the door with my card in his possession. I find that unacceptable as it exposes me to risk of the card being swiped in the meantime or card being cloned or card details being recorded.
