A woman driving a rented car from hertz skipped a stop street and hit my car, causing R20 000 damage. I have been in contact with a consultant from hertz to settle the matter, an evaluator was sent to check out my car. Today I was told that Hertz is only willing to cover R9000 of the damage. How can they allow people to rent their cars if they aren't willing to take responsibility for damage these people might cause while driving the car?
I am shocked! I won't give up the fight until every last cent is paid!
