I would just like to state that Hertz came to the party and after much frustration Hertz has sorted out my complaint with regards to the repair done to the car that we hired.

I am very happy that we have been able to come to a mutual agreement.

I will no longer boycot Hertz and look forward to doing business with them again in the future.
