I recently had to hire a car for a business trip. Small challenge was that the credit card that paid for the transaction was in Jhb and the car was needed in PE after I landed there.
We usually hired from Europe car but they change their minds and did not want to assist, unfriendly on top of that too.
Thank for choice, I walked into Hertz and explained to the helpful and smiling Candice. She consulted her manager and withing 10 minutes we were done and sorted!
In PE everything ran smooth and Hertz Car Hire kept me on the road and happy.
