My complain is regarding a car i hired thru HERTZ in Windhoek on the 08-08-2013. The amount in dispute is
R 429.86, I have been billed now on the 6-09-2013 - over a year later. Firstly Hertz never contacted me for payment, I am not sure if payment was made as i travel every month and used HERTZ- my complain is that HERTZ on more then this occasion bills me after a year. Since i cannot get a proper answer from HERTZ - I am 100% that in future never to use them for the poor service and attitude i received.
