BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONALISM

VERY DISAPPOINTED TO THE KIND OF TREATMENT I GOT FROM SILVERTON FORD DEALERSHIP I GOT YESTERDAY.ON 25 JAN 13 THERE WAS A LIGHT ON THAT SAID OIL IS VERY LOW (FAULTY) WHEN I CHECKED THE OIL IT WAS OK. I TOOK THE CAR THE FOLLOWING DAY TO SILVETON FORD. THE LADY CALLED AND TOLD ME THE OIL WAS DIRTY AND THEY ARE GOING TO CHANGE IT AND I'M SUPPOSED TO PAY R60. I AGREED. THEN LATER ON SHE ASKED ME IF THEY CAN DO THE OVERALL SERVICE, THEN I SAID NO I'LL BRING IT WHEN ITS DUE FOR SERVICE. WE AGREED. THEN I CAME & TOOK THE CAR. YESTERDAY I BOOKED THE CAR FOR SERVICE & LEFT. MARIAAN TOLD ME THE SYSTEM SAYS THE CAR WAS SERVICED IN JAN THEN I TOLD HER ACCORDING TO MY KNOWLEDGE ONLY THE OIL WAS REPLACED. SHE TOLD ME SHE WILL SEE WHAT SHE CAN DO TO THE JOB CARD. I LEFT FOR WORK AROUND 7am. AT 14:49 SHE CALLED ME & SAID THE CAR IS READY I CAN COME & PICK IT UP & THERE IS SOMETHING THAT WE WILL DISCUSS WHEN I GET THERE. WHEN I GOT THERE SHE TOLD ME THEY HAVENT TOUCHED THE CAR BECAUSE IT WAS FULLY SERVICED IN JAN. THEY MAKE SERVICE AT 57000KM INSTEAD OF 60 000KM WITHOUT COMMUNICATING WITH ME. NOW THEY HAVE STAMPED MY CAR SERVICE AT 60 171KM WITHOUT SERVICING IT AT 60 171KM. ISNT THAT NOW?
