Repeated Bad Service - Don't Care attitude

I would like to lodge a complaint with regards to bad service received at Ford The Glen.
On three separate occasions their lack of professionalism and customer service has been absolutely terrible. I have even driven further to take my vehicle to other Ford dealerships to avoid dealing with the people that work at this dealership.
The receptionist is rude and highly unprofessional. When messages are left these are not relayed to the relevant individuals. The service consultants do not contact you with progress reports, you are forced to continually call the dealership, then be put on hold or cut off. Yesterday alone i called 5 times with no luck of actually getting hold of Charlton. I now follow up this morning after having called him at 11:20am yesterday, only to be told that my part has not arrived yet. The parts center is in Selby not that far away, I have gone there personally before.
There is no sense of urgency or respect for the consumer. Ford Roodepoort and Ford Fury in Randburg truly put this dealership to shame.
I have now been a proud Ford owner for 6 years and am in the process of shopping for a new vehicle and will defiantly NOT be using this dealership.
