HONDA BRIO NIGHTMARE

I am extremely disappointed in the service delivery of Honda. I bought a brand new Honda brio a month ago from Honda Polokwane.

There was a factory stain on the backseat when I received it. Two weeks of organizing the solution and the valet confirming that it can't be removed, Honda proposed to refit the back seat. Reassuring me that it is a simple procedure that they can fit it anywhere. It took about an hour to painfully watch the Honda agent struggle to literally rip out the factory fitted seat. I asked him if he has done it before and if he knows how to correctly disconnect the seat. Both questions he confirmed and fired my disappointment with a firm NO.

After this painful hour on the sidewalk he replaced the seat, hopelessly trying to reconnect the seat, which is now still loose. So in the end - I had to witness incompetence and sweat dripping all over my car interior and I am left with sweat stained loose back seat.

I expected to get a spotless brand new car "out of the box" - big Honda Fail.
