I had my car serviced at Global Ford (Menlyn) on the 17/8/2013. I had driven from Rustenburg thinking I'd receive better service than that of the Leon's at Waterfall Mall. I arrived & there was no technician available. The dealer principle (Christo) then said he would send a driver to collect my car in Rustenburg to finish off the major service. I then logged a call with Ford customer centre (Ref 700070092) as Jaco (service manager) was not getting back to me. Since yesterday Im being told I have to wait till Christo is out of training for them to confirm if they can actually collect my vehicle (waiting for over 5wks). To add insult to injury customer care closed the call without even finding out if my car has been serviced. This is the epitome of bad service, first they make promises they cannot keep then they don't even have the decency to follow up. What I need to know is do they not want to service my car at all? I am never buying a Ford again.
