My wife and I on 26 September ordered a Ford Ecosport (OTP 21979) from this dealership. We were promised the world and told that delivery would be the last week in November 2013. Our existing Ford Bantam was sold earlier this week and yesterday after numerous call I get a phone call indicating that best guess for delivery is now in January 2014. When asked if the dealership can at least assist with a courtesy vehicle for the period of delay we were flatly refused indicating that they are only for vehicles being serviced.
I do not have words to describe my utmost disappointment with this dealership. Is this the way Ford treats their clients?
