Ford giving me bad service on my ca

When I booked my car for a service at Ford Constantia Kloof I called to make the booking 3 day's before 10 April.
The Wednesday i arrived at ford 6:30 and waited until 7 to be first so i can get my car back earlier. Later that day (15:00) I called Ford because I have not received a call with my quote and they said they will call me back and they didn't so I called again to hear that my car is only going to be serviced at 16:00. Really I arrive 6:30 and you only start my car at 16:00 who works like that? All other cars we own get's serviced within 7hours. So i did not receive my car that day. There was also a problem with my cabby that was broke after my service because before my service I removed everything from my car including my cabby and it was working fine but after the service it was broken.

Ford is one of the worst companies to service your car, I even spoke to one of my colleges that lives 15km away from Constantia Kloof Ford and she agreed that Constantia Kloof Ford is BAD.

when the ask NATURE OF COMPLAINT I have to choose 3/4 options from the drop down list that's how bad my experience was. I have to buy a new car within 3 months and I will not even consider FORD
