WRONG INFO FROM IMPERIAL FORD & MAZDA DELEARSHIP

I Bought a car last year 12 October 2012 a White Ford Focus 2012 model (17000 km), I have to take my car to the service after 20000 km/after 1 year from that day as was discussed by a dealership which is 37000 km which I did today (03/07/2013) but the problem I got was that the car was NOT SERVICED at the first place which the Service Adviser from Imperial Ford and Mazda confirmed in-front of a Dealership who said the car was serviced before it was sold to me,

Now the big problem came when they have to replace my faulty battery, the Service Adviser said they cant replace the battery as is out of Warranty which is 12 Month but I only had a car for 8 Month, the dealership (which is the main problem) said I must buy a new battery which is what confusing me more as I have a maintenance plan, the car is under service plan, and lastly I own it for less than 12 months.

It has been proven by the Service Adviser from Imperial Ford and Mazda Paarden Eiland that I bought a car that I was told is serviced whereas is not serviced on their database. I will thank the Service Adviser from Imperial Ford for the clarity & Support. I BOUGHT A CAR THAT WAS NOT SERVICED WHICH I WAS TOLD IT WAS
