I am very disappointed in a relationship that began in a very bright and productive way by me purchasing a second hand KIA Rio 1.4. I had purchased the car in early January 2013 and till today 12/03/13 I am still chasing the manager of the Kia branch at the glen. I am definately aggrieved as I should not be so frustrated and chasing after something that belongs to me.
I have called in time and time again without fail for the past six weeks and have not received any information regarding my spare key. I am absolutely disgusted with the service that I have received from the KIA at the Glen. I do believe that patience is one thing but lack of honor in the total service factor is totally appauling.
I truly feel that this is the ultimate test to see if anyone from this franchise will contact me and offer me an explanation as to why I have undergone such an ordeal for something that completely belongs to me and I should have received on the first day.
