SPARE KEYS SECOND COMPLAINT!!!

Good day

I am again complaining about the KIA dealership at the glen, I have had my brand new car for now 3 months and I am still waiting for my spare key. They have successfully taken me from pillar to post for the last time. I am completely disugusted by the service that is issued by the staff at this dealership.

They truly have no sense of client satisfaction and service which is only present when they are trying to make a sale.

This is my second complaint and still no one has contactedc me to find out if my issue had been resolved from the KIA umbrella. It is an utter sad sight to see and dispicable experience for a customer.

Utterly disgusted client!
