I have requested for an item to be sent up from CPT to me in PTA. No confirmation nor any form of response to let me know the package arrived. i had to phone in to find out as the website couldnt trace my tracking number. Only to find out that it was delivered to the wrong address with no signature. I phone the PTA Speed Services office to obtain a copy of the delivery note with a promise on 7/3/2013 that I would be contacted before 12pm. It is now 5 days later, no response and no package. Would be lovely if some one could ACTUALLY ASSIST. I have requested help from their [Email Removed] address but also, sweet all. Pathetic. Take my money but dont deliver on service or product??
