I am really unhappy that my package is STILL not at my post office to collect. The tracking number is TC151320315ZA. I know the post office is striking but speed services was never late with my package to deliver it on time. When will i ever get it now? It is still at JHB branch and not at Hercules Post office in Pretoria. When will i get it? Their website never works, links and pages broken. Does not matter how much you click on submit when you try to leave a comment to them on their website. No managers or supervisors ever available when you ask for them when you phone them, that is if they even answer the phone. Only 1 phone number to phone, no HQ phone number or any other alternative phone numbers to phone. If you do get to speak to someone then they can hardly speak English or understand you, no manager ever available and your left worse off than before you even tried to phone them. I do not know who made their website but they should ask for their money back since the important parts of site does not work, like the part where you want to contact them, links not working, Submit buttons not working etc etc. It is so pathetic.
