Still no feedback

Today is the 11th of March and I complained on the 6th of March after really getting very bad service. I had a phone call on the 6th from Honda SA to say that they need the vehicle information from me, unfortunately I was driving and didnt have the details with me and asked the lady to confirm with Farbers Coachworks where the vehicle is standing. On the 7th I received another phonecall to say that she has got all the details and was busy dealing with the principle of Honda Tygerberg and she will get back to me. Today is the 11th of March and still no feedback. I have been now without a vehicle for more than one month and nobody seems to care. I am definitaly not buying another Honda in my life and are very dissapointed that I have bought this brand new CRV. Why buy a R400 000 vehicle and then gets treated like nothing afterwards. I am a very unhappy client!!
