On Monday last week I took my car for a wash. I use this car wash often. Besides the fact that my wheel arches were still dirty and my windscreen looked worse than what it did prior to the wash, the cleaners left a wet rag in boot of my car (this is the second time this has happened). So when I opened my boot on Tuesday morning you can imagine how terrible it smelt from the wet rag been in there over night. I was also shocked at the state of that rag that had obviously been used to clean my car. The service at this car was has been particularly bad since the end of last year. The current manager can not even be bothered to tell you when your car is ready as he is sitting in another car which looks like its his car in a parking bay with his daughter, totally oblivious to what is going on with the staff. I will not be using this car wash anymore, even though its a stones throw from where I live. I will find another one.
