I sent a car in for a valet. As anyone would know, a valet is a thorough clean up of your car, else one could use a normal car wash. The door panels on the car where the buttons for the electric window are left with dust exactly how I sent it in. The dash board was sprayed with a spray and not wiped off properly, this left a sticky residue. The area near the seat belts still had dust in it, there is streaks all over the dash board. The sunroof clip came off and the cleaners lost/vacuumed a part of the mechanisn. So now I am left with an open sunroof as the cover cannot be closed. I have to go to the dealer and order a whole new part due to their negligence. We took the car back the next day and the manager was totally disinterested. He just said we dont clean door panels and walked away while still speaking to him. Isnt that the point of a valet? I could have easily spent R60 for a normal car wash and they would have done a job 10 times better than Shuttle Car Wash. This costed me R550 and now I must get my sunroof fixed as well at Audi. The worst R550 ever spent.
