We were moving from Pretoria to Cape town and when we received our goods some of the boxes were damaged, the fridge was damaged a lot, and some of the appliances were also damaged and parts were. When we confronted them they said they cant be held responsible for our damaged goods and parts, after we were promised that they will take good care of our belongings. Now we must pay for the repairs and replacements with money we don't have at all, for moving long distance is very expensive.
