1. August last year, I'm servicing my car at Car Service City, hours later I notice my oil sump is punctured & leaking oil, & they deny any wrong doing. I never hit potholes or anything that day, who could it be?
2. Same service different day as only replaced other worn out things on another day; one of rear wheels felt and looked very unstable and wobbly, i let them know they should check it on that day, they tell me i need to fix something completely different which will cost me about R2000. I decided to go for a second opinion at SPEEDY Tyre & Fit and it turned out that these guys had placed two spigot wheel rings in one wheel and the other had nothing.
3. I go for a CAR wash today at their CAR WASH CITY dept, leave the car for a nearby bank & when i got back they had badly scratched my car & left paint marks on bonnet, the worst about it is the manager tells me that every car wash one goes to "1 does it at own risk". That might be true but I've never been to a car wash and my car comes back with two big scratches, most i've had is minor things. The guy that did the actual washing says "it came here like this". TAKE YOUR CAR TO CAR SEVICE CITY AUCKLAND PARK AT OWN RISK.
