I took my car for a wash at Orange Car Wash at the Mall @ Carnival last week
When I received my car back they had scratched my car trying to clean it
I bought the car 2months ago and it was spotless until Orange Car Wash tried to wash the car
I spoke to Michael (The Owner), who by the way is one of the rudest people I have ever spoken too
And he refuses to take responsibility for damaging my car
I find this totally unacceptable
I worked hard to buy a clean car for my family. I didn't buy a spotless car for Orange Car Wash to damage
I will take the matter further with my lawyer
No should take their car to be washed at Orange Car Wash, they are rude and they do not take care of any vehicle in their custody (which is against the law)
