Hannibals car wash in Claremont will present you with a dirty car and when you point out the numerous dirty marks on your car they come with an excuse that it is ingrained dirt and they only clean with a sponge and soap. Anything else they will use an abrasive and charge. All I had to do touch it lightly with my nail and it came off, so it is definitely not ingrained.
I drove through mud and my car still has splatters on it even after sending it in for a wash, you would at least expect for a R120 wash that they have the correct equipment to clean a car.
