On Sunday morning, 30 June, I took my car for a wash. I try again, meaning that I had a problem previously when they closed, 30min before time, tell me to go, after I had paid for a full wash. I the only received a wash, and, sorry or the res! This day, I paid, and my car went trough the washer. Then I parked and wait 45 min and nothing happen. A young man next to me, said he was waiting for more than a hour. My car and his car was not clean. Windows dirty, dirt on the back of my car as well as the car next to me! I went to see the manager to explain! She said, sorry, a car wash is not there to wash a car clean, its just a help!! Well I said they are not going to wipe, my car clean while its dry, please wash it again, she said, NO! She said we have to wait because she is short off staff. My question to her was, why don't she get in temps!! So any customers complain and myself and other asked for a refund! I took my car to another car wash and even they knew about the car wash at Catex!!! I will never go back again, Yes I fill up there, but never a wash again!! I can say, my car is lighter on fuel with Caltex, than Engen, 'proven'! tx Catex for a great product there!!
