After experiencing incompetent service coupled with questionable business ethics from Thrifty, I decided to change to Hertz. It was an absolute pleasure and relief to find a car hire company that does what it is supposed to do in an efficent, professional and friendly manner. As I shall be requiring transport on my future visits to George and Cape Town, I shall continue to make use of Hertz.
