My VW Tauareg broke down after it's major service of R9 300 at Tavcor VWsa PE, on the first day of my annual holidays. We phoned several rental agencies like Avis etc. Charne Mardon of Hertz at George Airport was more than willing to help us and to wait for us at their office after hours (they have certain office hours) just to help us out. She surely went out of her way. We were stranded along the road for nearly two hours, and then another more than a hour on the tow truck. We had a 1 year old baby and a 6 year old in the car, and thus it was very stressfull. Charn? was so friendly, helpful and help us with great sympathy to be back on the road. Her attitude made us renting another car from Hertz, and in future, I really will make use of Hertz on my regular business trips. I just couldn't believe this outstanding service that we received.
