I was told my package would be delivered on 01 Nov before 12PM and that I was to have someone at home to receive the package. I obliged. NO PACKAGE. I was then told it missed it's deadline and would be delivered 04 Nov before 12PM. AGAIN, after making sure someone waited for the package.. NO DELIVERY. Was then mailed by Nolan Morta to personally assure me the package would be delivered before 5PM. AGAIN, waited, NO DELIVERY! Called Nolan who was on lunch. Told he was going to call me back after his break. NO CALL. Package has STILL NOT BEEN DELIVERED... And no one at Kalahari seems to care. Its seems the business merely accepts bad service as PAR for the course. What a terrible advert for South African companies!
