UTTERLY DISGUSTED

A package was sent from South Africa 22 February 2013 to Congo Pointe Noire and too date the recipient did not received the package. Numerous calls to the offices in Johannesburg and still no joy and resolution to the delay. its been 19 days since the package departed South Africa and has been in Brazzaville since the 27 February 2013 awaiting clearance. Can someone not do what is required of them to get the package cleared. its been the 1st time that i utilised the services of DHL and definitely is the last time. if this problem does not get resolved i will be left with no other alternative but to get my legal team involved as i am now it my withs end with this whole story. managers and staff of DHL make empty promises to revert back to the customer with feedback, well that doesn't happen. Please give a clearance for my parcel or send it back to South Africa. i have had enough of DHL NONSENSE
