Pathetic service once again

The package is promised to be delivered 2 to 4 days. Its 8 days now. I tracked the waybill number 3416837104 and the package came into the country last week already. I then see a message that says they need address details. Yet obviously before you ship a package the address details needs to be given, which was. I phoned DHL 4 times every time I was promised I'd get a call back. Nope, never happened. Apparently the driver arrived at my building yesterday, FYI, there is about 10000 employees who work here, but he wont phone me as the drivers aren't allowed to. Good job DHL, very clever. I was advised the first time I called that the driver will contact me when he gets to the delivery address. After I called DHL the 4th time I was advised that the drivers aren't allowed to call. Can you perhaps do your jobs and get the package delivered please, that would be great.
