I used my bank card to buy petrol at total garage meredale next to KFC at south gate. I gave my card to the petrol attendant to pay. After that he told me that the speed point machine is not reading my card, he went to get another machine without giving back my card, he left with it to the count, after a while he came back and the transaction went though. This happens on the 30 November, on the 4 of December I started get massages on my phone of declined and insufficient funds massage. I got the massage again on 5th and on the 12th I got another massage, from that moment I decide to got to the nearest bank to find out about the these transactions. I was told someone is using my card to purchase online.
I use the garage that day because I was picking up colleagues going to a work function and I decide to buy petrol while waiting and I was my biggest mistake. I went to manage to advise them of the incident and I was told they want proof. I wasn't expecting them to do anything, but for them to know and be alert. The attitude from the manager. I work for the bank and i deal with such cases and they will lose business. DON'T USE YOUR BANK CARDS THERE!!!
