On the 6th of June, one of my Driver stuck-ed without Petrol in Van Riebeeck Road. I went to Engin Garage in Saxonburg 1 with money and a can to purchase petrol. After sitting in my Car for 15 min, I got out to search for assistance as we work on a time schedule with our deliveries. One attendant was busy speaking to the Cashier, not paying attention to any customers, I went to go stand my a another attendant with the can while he was busy, Yet, everyone that saw me did not make mention that they do not throw Petrol in a can.( This is my first time I hear that it is NOT allowed to buy petrol in cans, as I for one also get stuck and buy petrol with a can but never did any garage shown me away. After half an hour I left the garage without petrol and a waited HALF HOUR. I went on to Blackheath, next garage and I got assisted in a much Friendly and helpful manner.
I am frustrated at Engen for allowing Franchisees's to make a shame of their Brand in doing as the Managers please. Engen just have no Ethics and Customer relation. Attendant does not serve customers. Priscilla, the Manager.. Just as awefull. No smile, took her own time to come listen to my plea for petrol, yet was very unhel
