Worst service from Engen

On Thursday morning (14/02/2013) at 07:15 I had went to Engen which is next to CMH Fiat & Alfa. There was a huge board stating that Debit and Credit cards accepted here. I told the attendant (Sbu) to fill R400. When it came to approx R250 he stopped and came to my window to ask me if I am paying by card or cash. I told him that I will be using my card because I always use my card at any service station and I only use Engen because of my FNB account. He then told me that the machines are not working. So I asked him how am I going to pay for the fuel. He told me that he doesn't know. He just looked at me and closed my fuel cap and told me to go and withdraw cash. I told him to look at the traffic on the road and he just smurked. I told him that I am not going to join the traffic to the ATM and come back to pay for the fuel and join the traffic again. I asked him why he didn't tell me this before he started filling. He said he forgot. I asked to see the manager and it took a while for Robert to appear. He said he will take my card details and I said I will not allow that as it is a debit card. He gave me attitude and tried to cover the back of Sbu. This is the worst service from Engen
